Fibrous dysplasia is a rare bone disease. It accounts for about 2.5% of diseases and 7% tumors. We report the case 9years old girl admitted management painful right supraclavicular swelling evolving in context conservation general status whom paraclinical assessment was favor fibrous clavicle.
